The S 130 is a new generation laser particle counter optimized for applications in compressed air or compressed gases. With quality in mind and with the knowledge of customer needs this instrument is designed for continuous 24/7 operation. The SUTO dew point sensor S 220 provides reliable and long term stable dew point monitoring in industrial applications. SUTO is using a new sensor technology which has superior signals at very low moisture levels thus providing reliable measurements down to –100 °C.

 

A stainless steel mesh filter with pore sizes below 30 um protects the sensor from particles. It`s designed for applications where very low moisture levels needs to be detected. The measured dew point is output through a 4 -20 mA signal (3-wire or loop powered). Sensor parameters such as analogue output scaling, physical units, can be easily changed by using SUTO service kit.

A compressed air flow meter, as the S 401, is needed in almost any compressed air system. It helps you to monitor your compressed air system and in the end it helps you to omptimize your system and to save costs.

 

The S 401 compressed air flow meter is designed to be easy to use, affordable and its offering a wide measurement range. This makes it easy for you to choose the right flow meter, the S 401 which fits your needs. The S 401 is a thermal mass flow meter, based on its measurement principle its not required to compensate the compressed air pressure and temperature, so you do not need any additional measurement installations to measure the flow and the consumption.

 

Due to the thermal mass flow, the flow meter is also well suited to be used in any other gas as Nitrogen or many other technical gases. The S 401 sensor technology offers you a high resolution and a high sampling rate which results in a very fast and precise measurement. The flow meter is able to save two calibration curves, due to this the sensor can be used in two different gases without any loss of accuracy.

 

The optional color display is designed to show all measured values like actual flow and total consumption. At the same time the display can be used to manage the sensor settings like pipe diameter, gas type or output settings.

 

The S 401 flow meter offers two different signal output options. It cant be equipped with an isolated analog and pulse output to read out the compressed air flow and the total compressed air consumption. Alternatively a MODBUS RTU interface can be used to access all measured values via the digital interface.

 

Since the flow meter can be easily installed through a standard ball valve, it can be easily removed for a calibration, without shutting down your compressed air system.
